For those of you that plan to fish the Thunder Valley Outdoors/Future Pro Tour’s “Big Bass Brawl” event – August 13th and 14th at Clear Lake, but may not get the chance to get on the lake to pre-fish….stop worrying, help is on the way as a special “pre-fish” show will be aired this Saturday and Sunday on Comcast Sports Net California featuring 7-time Bassmaster Classic qualifier Ish Monroe, who will help anglers participating in the event “break down” the lake and have a better opportunity for success during the event.
This special 30-minute pre-fish show will air this Saturday (10:00am), and Sunday (7:30am) on Comcast Sports Net California and can be seen on various cable networks throughout the entire west and country – even if your cable provider is not Comcast. (see cable channel listings below).
The August 13th/14th “Big Bass Brawl” event will be both exciting and unique in that the venue will give anglers the opportunity to fish for BIG bass during the most productive times of the day as the first day’s competition will be from 1:30 to 7:30pm and on the second days competition will from safelight to approx noon. A FREE BBQ will be offered participating anglers beginning at 11:00am on Saturday while we host FREE seminars featuring tip from the best pro bass anglers that fish Clear Lake. Limited memberships of just $5 dollars per angler will be available, so come on out and join us for what will be the most exciting event of the year!
