If you haven’t signed up for the final qualifying event of the Thunder Valley Outdoors “Fish & Chips” Outdoor Poker Challenge that takes place Wednesday, Oct 3rd you need to hurry up as you still have time to get in on all of the fun, compete for cash and prizes that will be offered at this 3rd annual event, as the FINAL qualifying event is right around the corner!
This first qualifying events was won by angling “guru” Alan Fong who took home $500 dollars for his victory, and was gaurenteed a seat in the NO-BUY IN Grand Championship along with 19 other qualifiers.
The buy-in for this qualifying round is only $40 dollars with cash and prizes paid out to the top finishers. The top twenty finishers in this qualifying round will move on to the NO BUY IN Grand Championship, which will be held Thursday, Nov 1st, and vie for the Thunder Cup trophy, and claim the “Ultimate Sportsman’s Package” top prize worth over $2,500, which features a 14ft Aluminum boat, inflatable lifejacket, Shotgun/shell/decoy package, ATV Quad, rods, reels, tackle and more, with 2nd place receiving a cash prize of $1,000!
