Future Pro Tour Events
The 5th event of the 2011 Thunder Valley Outdoors/Future Pro Tour season will be held this weekend – going out of downtown Stockton – Morelli Park. This is the first event being held after the “summer break” and anglers are eager to get back to it and up their chances at qualifying for this year’s FPT Classic Championship to be held in November.
This is a two-day event that requires only one entry fee ($90), and will be held in a unique “best bites” format. That is, on Saturday (day one), blast-off will begin at 1:00pm from Morelli Park, with the first boats due in at 7:00pm. On Sunday (day two) weights from day one will be carried over, and blast-off will begin at safelight, with first boats due in at noon.
Late sign-ups will be taken at the ramp from 11:00am up to blast-off on Saturday morning, with a $5 limited membership fee available for those that will only be fishing this event.
