Lowrance Inks Partnership With Phoenix Boats Electronics Leader Signs Agreement With Top-of-the-Line Bass Boats Company

Lowrance has been top brand in marine electronics since 1957 and GPS navigational systems since 1992 — announced today its new OEM partnership with Phoenix Bass Boats. Under the terms of the agreement, Lowrance equipment is the standard option on all new Phoenix high-performance bass boats, featuring Lowrance HDS® Gen2 displays and optional Lowrance boating and fishing marine-electronics gear including Broadband Radar™; StructureScan® HD sonar imaging with SideScan and DownScan Imaging™ picture-like views of underwater structure; SonicHub® marine audio server for integrated access to music stored on an Apple iPod or iPhone; and LWX-1 Sirius® satellite weather/radio.

“Lowrance is the perfect partner,” said Gary Clouse, president, Phoenix Boats. “Our bass boats are designed to redefine quality, performance and fishability. Lowrance is the best choice in leading navigation and sonar technology for anglers and provides a natural fit to complement our top-of-the-line boats.”

“We’re truly excited about our partnership with Phoenix Boats,” said Louis Chemi, chief operating officer, Navico Americas. “The Lowrance electronics suite is perfectly suited to bass boats of Phoenix’s caliber. With our commitment to provide our channel customers the best in terms of quality, delivery and after sales support — in addition to providing best-in-class fishfinding and navigation solutions — this agreement represents a big win for new Phoenix Boat owners.”
