Located halfway between the world-renowned Santee Cooper Lakes and the inshore fishing hub that is Charleston, SC, Z-Man’s new 37,000-square-foot corporate headquarters now houses the company’s executive offices, warehouse, product showroom, manufacturing facility and R&D lab under one roof, consolidating six separate prior locations in the process. The move also provides Z-Man with expanded manufacturing capacity thanks to the addition of supplemental injection molding equipment and custom-designed pressurized air, chilled water and electrical systems. And, the new space—located within Palmetto Commerce Park, home to companies the likes of Daimler Vans Manufacturing, Cummins Turbo Technologies and Shimano American Corporation—occupies only half of the 75,00-square-foot, company-owned complex, ensuring ample room for future growth and expansion.
