Get Ready Frog Season is Coming!
Bass anglers know that frogs are the real “candy bait” for big fish!
For over 100 years anglers have making lures that imitate frogs. Many might look like frogs when standing still, but put them in motion…and most do nothing but skim the surface like a water ski. Still others plow clumsily through the water in their attempt to look alive. They might “look” like a frog…. but they don’t DO frog!

In the shallows, you can swim the Dahlberg Diving Frogä down to the bottom, shake it a little, let it rise an inch or two, then nose it back to the bottom. By kicking up some dust on the bottom Dahlberg says, and slowly letting it rise again to the surface, you’ll see those hungry fish lose their inhibition and eat this thing without hesitation!

Weighting in at 7/8 (oz.) it’s solid body is made of a coated high density urethane to take those viscous strikes over and over again, never “deflating” like the other frogs you’ve used before! With its soft rubber legs completely extended back…. it comes in at just over 6 inches. Just like the famous Dahlberg Diving fly, it’s clear “overhead” diving collar, with built in weed guard and “hook up” design, allows it to plow through or skip over any vegetation or obstructions in your way.
