SPORTSMEN TO CONGRESS: ‘GULF COAST NEEDS RESTORATION NOW’

To make certain sportsmen’s voices are heard, Ducks Unlimited and the National Wildlife Federation are hosting a sportsmen’s fly-in this week as part of their Vanishing Paradise partnership. During the next two days, the group will visit more than 25 congressional offices to discuss with senators, representatives and their staffs the importance of restoring the Gulf’s rapidly disappearing coastal wetlands and ensuring penalties paid by BP are used for Gulf habitat restoration.
