Presented by Gone Fishin’ Marine, the February session of Ultimate Bass University announced yestereday it will bring in renowned Clear Lake fishing guide Ross England.
With nearly 30 years of experience in competitive fishing, England is currently a lake guide based in Kelseyville and comes to the University to share his extensive knowledge of Clear Lake.
England’s night at the front of the class will encompass successful fishing in various conditions and proven techniques of the seasons.
As always, Gone Fishin’ and Ultimate Bass Radio offer the Ultimate Bass University on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm with no charge for admission.
Tournament pro and radio personality, Kent Brown will host the event this coming week, February 16.
In addition to the free raffle offered, tickets are available for another drawing and possibly an additional incentive to wear gear from new event sponsor.
England, a 2-time Redman All-American qualifier holds a number of titles all earned on the tournament body of water recognized as one of the best bass fisheries in the west including the 2006 Anglers Choice and Won Bass Team Champion, the 2005 Stratos Western Regional Champion, the 2005 100% Team Champion and the 2004 ABA Team Champion.
