MOBILE, Ala. – December 6, 2011 – Ono’s Trading Company partnering with Vicious Fishing introduces a new fishing tool – Vicious Polarized Sunglasses — to help serious anglers locate and land more fish while expressing their “Vicious” side.
The new Vicious Polarized Sunglasses feature three bold frame designs – Fierce, Savage and Malice – with a total of 11 models. They feature polycarbonate polarized, grey or amber lenses for 100 percent UVA/UVB protection and TR-90 frames for durability.
Vicious Polarized Sunglasses grew out of discussions between Vicious Fishing and the sunglasses experts at Ono’s. “Vicious asked us to design sunglasses with lenses that would help the most serious anglers see critical details like surface water color changes that indicate depth changes, underwater structure, or tributary runoff,” said Ono’s Chris Nelson.
Suggested retail price for any Vicious sunglasses model is $60 through catalogs, stores and online. Based in Pell City, Alabama, Vicious Fishing is also known for its premium braid and fluorocarbon line, soft plastic baits, apparel, hats and accessories. “Vicious polarized sunglasses complement the full Vicious product array and help anglers express their ‘Vicious’ side, ” said Nelson.

There are four Fierce models, each with broad temples to help block side light and polycarbonate lenses which filter horizontal light to eliminate reflective glare.
